All lettering is hand punched with care and love in out Yorkshire Studios. Unlike machine engraving, hand punched text is a rudimentary process creates a beautifully perfectly imperfect finish. These irregularities form part and parcel of the charm and design of each piece and do not constitute faults.
The shackles are functional and must be tightened carefully to keep shut. Like any screw, this will need to be tightened to ensure it remains shut. We advise this is done every couple of days.
