What is Soremi jewellery made from?
With quality at the heart of every Soremi piece, your jewellery will be crafted in sterling silver, solid gold or solid rose gold. Think of them as your ‘everyday, forever pieces’, these modern heirlooms are made to be worn regularly and last forever (with a little care!).
Is your jewellery nickel free?
Yes, all Soremi jewellery is nickel-free.
Where is Soremi based?
You send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please contact us here instead of via social media for questions regarding your jewellery or orders - as these can often get missed!

While our website is available round the clock, the human behind the business is not. We aim to respond to all emails within 2 working days. Or anything urgent or order related, please contact us via email and not social media so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
Ordering & Delivery
We are proud to be a small company with absolute heart. We strive to ensure that we make the purchasing process super easy but also informed with clear images and dimensions. Please always make sure you read through these. We have all made ‘that’ purchase where we overlook the most important details, it's so frustrating, we totally get it BUT as a small company we believe it's not fair to be expected to cover the cost for those oversights by way of refunds. Made to order, personalised and bespoke means it really is made just for you.
Do you ever have promo codes?
Can I amend an order?
Noticed a problem with your order details or personalisation before despatch? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can see if we can amend this for you. We will not be able to change an order once it has been made.
How long will my jewellery take to despatch?
Everything is made to order, in spite of this, we are largely super quick in the turnaround of orders. Each product page will have an approximate despatch time but please do bare in mind that they are just that, an approximate despatch. Busy times of year may mean slightly longer despatch times. If in doubt just holler!
Will my jewellery come with a warranty?
Your jewellery will come with a 12-month warranty to cover any faults with mechanisms or weaknesses. This does not cover general wear and tear or loss of the jewellery. Any problems with your jewellery? Please refrain from wearing the jewellery and contact us right away on email@example.com

Do you have a bespoke jewellery service?
Yes! With over 20 years experience under my belt, I love helping you make your jewellery dreams become a reality. If you’ve got some unloved and unwearable heirlooms gathering dust, let’s make them into something you can look forward to wearing every day, or if you want to create something completely new, I can provide all the materials. Head to our Bespoke page to find out more.
I also offer a Ring Making Experience where you and your partner can join me for the day to create your dream wedding rings. Prices start from £290.
How do I keep my jewellery looking good as new?
Just like you, your jewellery needs a little TLC to ensure it’s looking its best.
Will my silver tarnish?
Naturally, silver does tarnish. This speaks nothing about the quality of the silver but rather that the surface has been slightly oxidised by the air around it. If this happens there is no need to worry, it can easily be gently polished back to its original state. If there are hard to reach parts of the jewellery that need cleaning, simply soak in some warm (not boiling!) water and standard dish soap for 5 minutes before polishing.
What polishing cloth should I use?
We recommend using specialist gold polishing cloths for gold pieces and specialist silver polishing cloths for (you guessed it!) silver. These give your jewellery the best shine but if you don’t have one of these handy, simply use a microfibre polishing cloth, just like you'd use for a pair of glasses. We recommend ‘Town Talk’ clothes, purchase these at your local jewellers or online.
Can I wear my Soremi jewellery daily?
Yes, yes, yes! Your jewellery is made to be worn to your heart's content.
How should I store my jewellery?
We always recommend polishing your jewellery a little before storing. You can either store in a zip lock bag or acid free tissue in a cool, dark and dry place. The jewellery box you received your item in is the perfect place for storing it.
What should I avoid my jewellery coming into contact with?
There are lots of way to avoid your jewellery tarnishing:
• Don’t swim with your jewellery on and defo keep it out of the sauna and hot tub!
• Chlorine is silvers' arch enemy. Be warned. Also try to avoid hot springs and sea water.
• Perfume and lotions are also a culprit for tarnish.
Personally, I want to wear my jewellery with abandon so I do all of the above but always have my polishing cloth to hand for some TLC.
Can I have my jewellery repaired or reconditioned?
If your jewellery needs a repair within 12-months due to a fault (this rarely happens but it will usually become clear within the first few months) please refrain from wearing it and contact us with a photo and a description of the fault so we can see how we can help. If, after 12-months your jewellery needs a repair please contact us with a photo and we will give you a quote for the price.
Our price for a deep clean and polish is £25 per item. Please email us if you'd like this service.
Can I return my order?
We work really hard to ensure that you love your piece of Soremi Jewellery. Before leaving our workshops it goes through a thorough quality control protocol to ensure what you receive is made to the highest standards.
Personalised items of jewellery and made to order and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. In the unlikely event that there is a fault we will always give you a 100% refund with no questions asked (not to mention our most humble apologies). Please note however that everything is hand made and therefore there will be nuances, these nuances do not constitute faults, similarly tarnishing, a natural process that occurs with silver does not constitute a fault.
Due to hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings.
It is important that before submitting an order all personalisations requests are double checked to ensure that no spelling errors or date errors have been made.
