Each and every piece of jewellery is hand made and finished to order in our Yorkshire studio. Most items are despatched 2-5 days after the order has been placed. Longer delivery times are always stated on item page description. Like most popes we too have the odd gift we leave to the last minute so if you do need a shorter delivery time please do get int ouch prior to ordering on enquiries@soremi-jewellery.co.uk . We will always do what we can to accommodate your timescales.

Items under £200 will be sent out using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Items over £200, including solid gold items, are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Each service will require a signature upon delivery. When orders are despatched you will be provided with a reference number which can be tracked on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

International Shipping

Not living in the UK? Not a problem. We post internationally the shipping method varying depending upon the the standard postage and courier servings available.

Returns

We work really hard to ensure that you love your piece of Soremi Jewellery.  Before leaving our workshops it goes through a thorough quality control protocol to ensure what you receive is made to the highest standards.

Personalised items of jewellery and made to order and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. In the unlikely event that there is a fault we will always give you a 100% refund with no questions asked (not to mention our most humble apologies).

It is important that before submitting an order all personalisations requests are double checked to ensure that no spelling errors or date errors have been made.
