Silver Kitsune

The Sumptuous Silver Collection started off life as a selection of drawings of nature, leaves and plants. From these drawings I have used the drawn line and translated it into the metal. As this collection has evolved I have found I enjoy making pieces that can be worn in an unusual way, such as the brooch that is a necklace or a necklace that can be worn full length at 32” or shortened to 16”. I think I may have to change the name of the collection though as I’ve started to play with different coloured metals.

I always colour in my sketchbook, whether it’s doodling or designing a new range. It seemed like natural progression to use this colour within my jewellery. The Colour Feast collection takes a touch of inspiration from nature, added with a spot of texture and mixed with a splash of colour, finally added to silver to create a playful collection of jewellery that is a colour feast for the eyes.
