Payment
All on-line payments are made securely through Paypal so shop with confidence. Once you have added your items to the basket and proceed to the checkout you will be given the opportunity of paying with any one of the major credit or debit cards or alternatively you may with to pay using your Paypal account. Simply click on your preferred options and complete payment. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to complete your transaction.
Postage & Packaging
All items purchased will come beautifully wrapped in a presentation box and delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Postage and packing fees for the UK are charged at a flat rate of £4.50.
Delivery
All the jewellery available is made by hand and in small quantities - nothing is mass produced or made in bulk quantities. This means you will always receive a ‘one off’ as no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Whilst we endeavour to ensure you have your order received within 10 working days, the nature of the jewellery means that some items, in particular bespoke or personalised items may take longer.
If you need a faster delivery time then do let us know at the point of order of on enquiries@soremi-jewellery.co.uk and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Postage and packaging is free for all orders over £300.
All orders with a value of over £500 will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note that all goods will require a signature upon delivery.
For items purchased outside of the UK and within the EU postage and packing is £7.50. For items purchased outside of the EU postage and packing is £10. These items will be sent using the Royal Mail International Signed For service. Please note that these items can only be tracked up till the point of leaving the UK.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duty incurred for overseas purchases.

Returns Policy
We offer a full refund on all purchased items excluding earrings, bespoke and personalised jewellery, providing they are returned in their original state and packaging within 10 days from the date of dispatch.
When returning an item please state clearly the reasons why the item is being returned. Once received you will be notified by email that your refund has been processed.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as Soremi cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.
Please note that Soremi will not refund postage and packaging costs and any taxes incurred on items ordered outside of the UK/EU.
The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Colours and Materials
Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colours and materials used for each item of jewellery. Please note however that due to digital photography reproduction and individual PC settings this is not always possible
