How to Buy

Soremi is an independent on-line jewellery store specialising in showcasing some of the finest contemporary jewellers in the UK.

All the jewellery available is made by hand and to order - nothing is mass produced or made in bulk quantities. This means you will always receive a ‘one off’ as no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

Whilst we endeavor to ensure you have your order received within 7 working days, the nature of the jewellery means that we do ask that you allow up to two weeks for delivery.
If you need a faster delivery time then do call us on (0113) 216 3542 and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Postage & Packaging

All items purchased will come beautifully wrapped in a presentation box and delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Postage and packing fees for the UK are charged at a flat rate of £4.50.
Postage and packaging is free for all orders over £200.
All orders with a value of over £500 will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note that all goods will require a signature upon delivery.

For items purchased outside of the UK and within the EU postage and packing is £7.50. For items purchased outside of the EU postage and packing is £10.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duty incurred for overseas purchases.

Payment Options

Soremi's on-line payment facility is provided by Paypal so you can shop with confidence knowing your details are dealt with securely. Please note that you do not need a paypal account to make a purchase. Once you check out you will be given a choice of paying by Paypal/Credit Cards or by cheque. For payment by credit card simply select the Paypal/Credit Cards option. You will then be given a choice of either paying with an existing paypal account or with a choice of accepted credit cards.

Returns Policy

We offer a full refund on all purchased items including earrings providing they are returned in their original state and packaging within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

When returning an item please state clearly the reasons why the item is being returned. Once received you will be notified by email that your refund has been processed.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as Soremi cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.

Please note that Soremi will not refund postage and packaging costs and any taxes incurred on items ordered outside of the UK/EU.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
